ISBN

The abstracts from both oral and poster presentations will be collected in a book with ISBN code, and distributed free of charge to all participants while supplies last.

LANGUAGE:

Posters and PowerPoint slides need to be in English. Considering the presence of international guests, English is also the preferred language for the oral presentations.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS:

The oral presentations should last maximum 15 minutes: 12 minutes of talk and 3 minutes of discussion.

The short communications should last maximum 10 minutes. It is suggested to have maximum 10 slides with the following organization:

• Table of content
• Background information
• Materials & methods
• Results
• Conclusions

Powerpoint format (ppt and pptx) will be the only accepted for the oral presentations. Operative System: Microsoft Windows 7.

POSTERS:

DIMENSIONS: All posters should have the following dimensions: 90 x 120 cm, vertical orientation.

CONTENT: The poster should contain the following information:

• Abstract
• Background information
• Materials & methods
• Results
• Conclusions

POSTER EXPOSITION: All posters may be exposed starting from the Wednesday the 12^th of July in designated area. Authors should be present at their poster during the designated poster sessions on the 13^th and 14^th of July just after lunch. Poster visiting and evaluation will take place at the same time.

ORAL POSTER PRESENTATION: For the quick poster presentation, it is suggested to prepare maximum 3 slides.

POSTER AWARDS:

Every poster will be evaluated by at least 3 referees chosen among the participants. The best 6 posters will receive a prize in a special session on the 14^th of July.
